BioVectra’s API facility at the Airport Business Park is optimally located for our manufacturing operations. While our location is secluded enough from Charlottetown’s urban encroachment allowing for both expansion and unhindered operation, it is at the same time, only a few minutes to downtown which makes meeting and entertaining clients very effortless.
The convenience of essentially being on the Trans-Canada and adjacent to the only commercial airport in Prince Edward Island increases our efficiency in providing high quality services and products to our global customer base. The Charlottetown Airport Authority has made significant infrastructure investments in the business park, benefitting both current and future tenants. They are fully committed to the growth and success of the Airport Business Park.

The approximately 500 m of road reconstruction and the extension of the sewer and water services on Aviation Avenue were completed during the summer of 2012. The extension of the sewer and water infrastructure complemented the existing three phase power that runs along Aviation Avenue.
This work has provided the Airport Business Park with necessary additions to its inventory of "shovel ready” land available for streamlined development.
Servicing these five additional lots brought the total available serviced groundside land within the Park to 20 acres.
The lots along Aviation Avenue range in size from 2 to 4.5 acres. Depending on a prospective tenants requirements the size of any lot can be adjusted to suit the proposed development plan.
